This Return Policy explains your options when that happens. By making a purchase on artsdecohome.com, you agree to the terms below. Please read this policy carefully before returning any item.
1. Standard Return Window
Most products purchased on artsdecohome.com can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The 30-day period begins on the day your package is marked as delivered by the carrier. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns unless the item qualifies under a manufacturer’s warranty or defective product claim.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and free of any odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included. Items returned without original packaging may be rejected or subject to a reduced refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories cannot be returned. These include:
- Opened bedding items such as mattress protectors, pillow protectors, and duvet inserts
- Custom-made or personalized products (clearly marked on the product page)
- Final sale or clearance items (labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”)

3. How to Initiate a Return

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or different from what you ordered, you are protected under a separate process. Please report the issue within 72 hours of delivery through your order dashboard on artsdecohome.com. Select “Defective” or “Wrong Item” as the reason and include clear photos showing the defect or the incorrect product.
For defective or incorrect items, you will not be responsible for any cost associated with the return. We will provide you with instructions to send the item back, and once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional charge. 7. Refund Processing Time
After we receive your returned package at our warehouse, please allow 5 to 7 business days for inspection. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. 9. Restocking Fees

10. Return Packaging Tips
To ensure your return arrives safely and is accepted for a full refund, please follow these guidelines:
- Repack the item in its original shipping box if possible, or use a sturdy box of similar size
- Use bubble wrap, packing paper, or air pillows to prevent movement inside the box
- Do not tape directly onto product packaging (e.g., poly bags or retail cartons)
- Remove or cover any old shipping labels from the outside of the box

Arts Deco Home is not responsible for items that are damaged during return transit due to poor packaging. If an item arrives back to us damaged because of insufficient packing, your refund may be reduced or denied.
11. Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If you refuse a delivery or fail to claim a package from the carrier, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In this situation, we will treat it as a standard return subject to this policy. A refund will be issued for the product cost only. Any shipping related fees from the original order will not be refunded. In addition, if the carrier charges us for the return of an unclaimed package, that amount may be deducted from your refund.
12. Returning Gifts
If you received an Arts Deco Home product as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our support team through the help section on artsdecohome.com. You will need the order number or the full name and email of the gift giver. Gift refunds are issued as store credit in the form of an electronic gift card sent to you, not to the original purchaser.
13. Bulk or Commercial Orders
For customers purchasing 10 or more units of the same product (e.g., for a hotel, rental property, or office), separate return terms apply. Bulk orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
